A Rare Cause of Massive Scrotal Elephantiasis: Case Report and Literature Review
ABSTRACT Scrotal lymphedema is a rare late complication of testicular cancer treatment, with most reported cases occurring in the early postoperative period. Massive scrotal elephantiasis manifesting more than a decade after postchemotherapy retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (pc‐RPLND) has not previously been described.

ABSTRACT No consensus was made on whether all Nevus sebaceous (NS) should undergo prophylactic excision and the best age of surgery. This is a retrospective study. Patients who underwent surgery and were confirmed as NS by pathology during January 2014 to December 2023 in the Department of Dermatology of Xinhua hospital were included in this study.

In 2016, a case of seborrheic keratosis was successfully treated with diclofenac gel 3%. Diclofenac gel mechanism of action is most likely through induction of apoptosis. This study included 30 patients with multiple seborrheic keratosis.
