Burden of Liver Disease Among Individuals With Turner Syndrome and Klinefelter Syndrome: A Comprehensive Perspective

open access: yesChronic Diseases and Translational Medicine, Volume 12, Issue 1, Page 39-48, March 2026.
ABSTRACT The liver is increasingly recognized as a major regulator of systemic cardio‐renal‐metabolic health. Evidence is mounting that sex‐chromosome dosage per se itself, independent of gonadal sex hormones, modulates hepatic physiology and liver disease risk.

Association Between D‐amino Acids in Natto (fermented soybeans) and Kidney Dysfunction

open access: yesChemFoodChem, Volume 2, Issue 1, March 2026.
XX XX ABSTRACT In this study, we examined clinical and cohort data to explore the potential renoprotective effects of natto (fermented soybeans) consumption and its relationship with D‐amino acids. In a clinical study, ten healthy adults consumed one 40‐g pack of natto three times in a single day, and plasma and urine samples were collected 1 h and 24 ...

Dynamic Reconfiguration of Cognitive Networks and Recovery From Microlesion Effects in Parkinson's Disease: Insights From a Longitudinal fNIRS Study

open access: yesCNS Neuroscience &Therapeutics, Volume 32, Issue 3, March 2026.
This longitudinal fNIRS study reveals that STN‐DBS induces a dynamic “suppression‐reorganization” of prefrontal‐temporal cognitive networks in Parkinson's patients. Cortical activation decreased during the microlesion period but rebounded beyond baseline after stimulation, with graph theory confirming reorganization independent of motor networks. fNIRS

The Real‐World Safety Profile of Temazepam: A 20‐Year Pharmacovigilance Analysis Based on the Large‐Scale FAERS Database

open access: yesCNS Neuroscience &Therapeutics, Volume 32, Issue 3, March 2026.
This study aimed to comprehensively characterize temazepam's safety profile by a large‐scale analysis of real‐world data. Most adverse events occur within the first 30 days of treatment. The findings highlighted the need for enhanced clinical vigilance and dynamic.

Cell‐Type‐Specific WTAP and ALKBH5‐Mediated m6A Methylation Orchestrates Mental Disorders via Gut‐Brain Axis Metabolite Signaling: Multi‐Omics Evidence and Pyroptosis‐Associated Loop Mechanism

open access: yesCNS Neuroscience &Therapeutics, Volume 32, Issue 3, March 2026.
MR analysis revealed distinct causal associations of m6A modifiers (WTAP/ALKBH5) with mental disorders. Gut microbiota (GCA‐900066755, Bacillus) and CSF metabolites (theophylline, isoleucine) mediated 5.06%–45.28% of effects via pathways such as WTAP → GCA‐900066755 → theophylline → ADHD. Single‐cell eQTL linked WTAP‐mediated ADHD risk to XCL1‐NK cells,
