Targeting Mitochondria in Aging‐Related Diseases: Therapeutic Potential and Obstacles
This article systematically summarized the specific mechanism of aging‐related diseases caused by mitochondrial dysfunction, and summarized the broad‐spectrum treatment methods and disease targeted treatment strategies for mitochondria. At the same time, it also pointed out the dilemma faced by mitochondrial targeted treatment.

This study investigates the shared genetic architecture between eight cardiovascular traits and glaucoma using comprehensive cross‐trait analysis. We identified 9948 pleiotropic loci, 71 colocalized signals, and 24 shared genes, with BCAS3, BICC1, FAM213A, ITGB5, NUP160, and TNS1 emerging as robust cross‐trait candidates.

Electroconvulsive therapy produced clinically meaningful improvement in severe refractory tardive dystonia without active depression, including recovery of independent ambulation.
