Mutant KRAS‐m6A axis promotes colorectal cancer (CRC) progression. Mutant KRAS stabilizes METTL3, leading to increased m6A‐modified BCL9L mRNA and translation of BCL9L protein. BCL9L in turn mediates TGF‐β secretion to induce differentiation of Treg and an immunosuppressive microenvironment.

LAPTM5 Downregulation‐Driven VAMP8 Phosphorylation Impairs Autophagosome‐Lysosome Fusion and Aggravates Septic Acute Lung Injury

LAPTM5 functions as a critical molecular scaffold bridging PGAM5 and VAMP to facilitate PGAM5‐mediated dephosphorylation of VAMP8. This cascade promotes autophagosome‐lysosome fusion, restores impaired autophagic flux, and clears damaged mitochondria, thereby mitigating cellular oxidative stress and systemic inflammation.

PLOD1 Catalytic Activity Stabilizes ENO1 by Limiting FBXW7‐dependent Degradation to Promote Glycolysis and TMZ Resistance in Glioblastoma

PLOD1 interacts with ENO1 and limits its FBXW7‐dependent ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation through a mechanism requiring PLOD1 catalytic activity. ENO1 stabilization sustains glycolysis, promoting glioblastoma cell proliferation, migration, and temozolomide resistance.
