On quantifying fault patterns of the mesh interconnect networks [PDF]
One of the key issues in the design of Multiprocessors System-on-Chip (MP-SoCs), multicomputers, and peerto- peer networks is the development of an efficient communication network to provide high throughput and low latency and its ability to survive ...

Segment Routing in multi-layer networks [PDF]
Segment Routing (SR) has been recently introduced to enable efficient traffic engineering while simplifying control plane operations. Thanks to the source routing paradigm, traffic flows can be dynamically routed along the network, effectively exploiting network resources.

In situ molecular organization and heterogeneity of the Legionella Dot/Icm T4SS
We present a nearly complete in situ model of the Legionella Dot/Icm type IV secretion system, revealing its central secretion channel and identifying new components. Using cryo‐electron tomography with AI‐based modeling, our work highlights the structure, variability, and mechanism of this complex nanomachine, advancing understanding of bacterial ...

Enhancing Scalability in SRv6 Networks: A Novel Approach
The widespread use of cloud-native environments poses network challenges, requiring complex routing and control. Segment Routing over IPv6 (SRv6) provides a solution that simplifies network management and enables explicit routing with a programmable ...

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

Control of Robotic Mobility-On-Demand Systems: a Queueing-Theoretical Perspective [PDF]
In this paper we present and analyze a queueing-theoretical model for autonomous mobility-on-demand (MOD) systems where robotic, self-driving vehicles transport customers within an urban environment and rebalance themselves to ensure acceptable quality ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Improvement of SRv6 SID structure
IPv6-based segment routing (SRv6) is a new technology addressed by IETF in recent years. In draft-ietf-spring-srv6-network-programming,the 128-bit segment identifier (SID) was structured, and how to be processed in one node was described. The SID structure ...
