Parameterized Complexity of Segment Routing
Segment Routing is a recent network technology that helps optimizing network throughput by providing finer control over the routing paths. Instead of routing directly from a source to a target, packets are routed via intermediate waypoints. Between consecutive waypoints, the packets are routed according to traditional shortest path routing protocols ...

Reconstructing enzyme evolution by protein engineering
Natural enzyme evolution can be retraced by protein engineering methods such as directed evolution, rational design, and ancestral sequence reconstruction. These approaches reveal how enzymes emerged from ligand‐binding scaffolds, developed varying substrate preferences, formed oligomeric complexes, adapted to environmental changes, and evolved novel ...

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Multitopology Routing With Virtual Topologies and Segment Routing
ABSTRACTMultitopology routing (MTR) provides an attractive alternative to segment routing (SR) for traffic engineering when network devices cannot be upgraded. However, due to a high overhead in terms of link state messages exchanged by topologies and the need to frequently update link weights to follow evolving network conditions, MTR is often limited

Robustly disjoint paths with segment routing [PDF]
Motivated by conversations with operators and by possibilities to unlock future Internet-based applications, we study how to enable Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to reliably offer connectivity through disjoint paths as an advanced, value-added service.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.
