Green Mechanochemical Synthesis of Binary and Ternary Cadmium Chalcogenides with Tunable Band Gaps
In this work, we report on the mechanochemical preparation and characterization of binary (CdS, CdSe, and CdTe) and ternary (CdS0.5Se0.5, CdS0.5Te0.5, and CdSe0.5Te0.5) cadmium chalcogenides. The compounds were synthesized in a planetary micro mill using

Dynamic Microscopy Study of Ultrafast Charge Transfer in a Hybrid P3HT/Hyperbranched CdSe Nanoparticle Blend for Photovoltaics [PDF]
We present a spectroscopic investigation on a new hyperbranched cadmium selenide nanocrystals (CdSe NC)/poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) blend, a potentially good active component in hybrid photovoltaics. Combined ultrafast transient absorption spectroscopy

Synthesis of Novel Stable ZnSe Magic‐Sized Clusters and Their Direct Transformation to Quantum Dots
We have developed a low‐temperature synthetic approach that enables the fabrication of novel ZnSe MSCs with remarkable thermal stability. These stabilized MSCs serve as efficient precursors that can be readily converted to ZnSe QDs under mild conditions through simple introduction of a selenium source.

V2CTx MXene as a Sacrificial Promoter for NiFe Catalyst for Anion Exchange Membrane Electrolyzers
These findings demonstrate that V2CTx functions beyond passive conductive support as an active electronic participant whose structural legacy sustains durable performance even after vanadium leaching in Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) Electrolysers. ABSTRACT Nickel‐iron layered double hydroxides (NiFe‐LDH) show excellent activity, their poor conductivity

SPECTROSCOPIC STUDIES ON SILVER SELENIDE THIN FILMS
Silver selenide thin films of thickness between 80 nm and 160 nm were prepared by thermal evaporation technique at a high vacuum better than 2x10 -5 mbar on well cleaned glass substrates at a deposition rate of 0.2 nm/sec. Silver selenide thin films were
