Use of Symptomatic Drug Treatment for Fatigue in Multiple Sclerosis and Patterns of Work Loss
ABSTRACT Objective To describe the use of central stimulants and amantadine for fatigue in MS and evaluate a potential association with reduced work loss in people with MS. Methods We conducted a nationwide, matched, register‐based cohort study in Sweden (2006 to 2023) using national registers with prospective data collection.

Competing topological orders in three dimensions
We study the competition between two different topological orders in three dimensions by considering the X-cube model and the three-dimensional toric code.

Remote Monitoring in Myasthenia Gravis: Exploring Symptom Variability
ABSTRACT Background Myasthenia gravis (MG) is a rare, autoimmune disorder characterized by fluctuating muscle weakness and potential life‐threatening crises. While continuous specialized care is essential, access barriers often delay timely interventions. To address this, we developed MyaLink, a telemedical platform for MG patients.

Code-switching costs from Chinese-English relative clauses processing
IntroductionThe source of costs is a primary concern in code-switching, yet a consensus has not yet been reached. This study investigates whether code-switching during syntactic processing in Chinese-English dual languages results in a cost.MethodsWe use

Remote Assessment of Ataxia Severity in SCA3 Across Multiple Centers and Time Points
ABSTRACT Objective Spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 (SCA3) is a genetically defined ataxia. The Scale for Assessment and Rating of Ataxia (SARA) is a clinician‐reported outcome that measures ataxia severity at a single time point. In its standard application, SARA fails to capture short‐term fluctuations, limiting its sensitivity in trials.

Validity of a Wearable Digital Insole for Assessing Gait ON and OFF in Parkinson's Disease
ABSTRACT Objective Gait impairment is a distinctive symptom of Parkinson's disease that negatively impact mobility. We assessed the validity of wearable digital insoles against a validated reference gait analysis system for measuring select gait characteristics in patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods A comparative analysis between digital insoles

This paper investigates the concept of self-dual convolutional code. We derive the basic properties of this interesting class of codes and we show how some of the techniques to construct self-dual linear block codes generalize to self-dual convolutional codes.

ABSTRACT Objective In multiple sclerosis, the optimal time for deploying a therapeutic intervention is before the central nervous system is damaged; given the success of trials treating the earliest stage of MS, the radiologically isolated syndrome, developing primary prevention strategies is an important next challenge.
