The Build-Up Construction for Codes over a Commutative Non-Unitary Ring of Order 9
The build-up method is a powerful class of propagation rules that generate self-dual codes over finite fields and unitary rings. Recently, it was extended to non-unitary rings of order 4, to generate quasi self-dual codes.

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Combinational Circuits Testing Based on Hsiao Codes with Self-Dual Check Functions
This paper investigates the features of using modified Hamming codes, which are also known as Hsiao codes. Self-checking digital devices are proposed to be implemented with calculations testing using two diagnostic signs.

On the Hamming Distances of Constacyclic Codes of Length 5
Let $p$ be a prime, $s$ , $m$ be positive integers, and $\lambda $ be a nonzero element of the finite field $\mathbb {F}_{p^{m}}$ . In this paper, the algebraic structures of constacyclic codes of length $5~p^{s}~(p\neq 5)$ are obtained, which ...

This review summarizes the transcription factors, repressive chromatin‐modifying complexes, and epigenetic mechanisms that control fetal hemoglobin repression. Notably, many regulators of γ‐globin silencing also function in transcriptional and epigenetic networks that drive cancer, highlighting opportunities to translate advances in hemoglobinopathy ...

PERSYMMETRIC MATRIX AND ITS APPLICATION IN CODING THEORY
A persymmetric matrix is a square matrix that is symmetric concerning its antidiagonal. This article discusses some characteristics of a persymmetric matrix and its application in coding theory. A persymmetric matrix is used to form a generator matrix of

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes
Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.

Optimal ternary formally self-dual codes [PDF]
In this paper, we study ternary optimal formally self-dual codes. Bounds for the highest minimum weight are given for length up to 30 and examples of optimal formally self-dual codes are constructed.

We describe eight composite constructions from group rings where the orders of the groups are 4 and 8, which are then applied to find self-dual codes of length 16 over \begin{document}$ \mathbb{F}_4 $\end{document} .
