Schedule-induced cigarette self-administration
Pharmacology Biochemistry and Behavior, 1982Cigarette self-administration was studied in a controlled laboratory setting by automated recording of the various components of smoking behavior. The effects of intermittent scheduled monetary reinforcement presentation on cigarette smoking was determined in an attempt to demonstrate schedule-induced cigarette self-administration.
