A note on some applications of semi-open sets
The object of the present paper is to study the well known notions of semi-closure, semiinterior, semi-frontier and semi-exterior of a set using the concept of semi-open sets. A semi-isolated point of a set is also defined and studied.

The dFoCC pipeline starts with observed DED and resting‐state coordinates, which are then used to generate a library of triggered states. Correlation analysis of the calculated DED features of each candidate vs observed DED permits quantitative evaluation of candidate structural quality.

Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

Abruptly changing from aerobic to anaerobic conditions (sudden anaerobization) induced growth inhibition and a significant increase in intracellular labile ferrous iron in the aerotolerant anaerobe Amphibacillus xylanus. We found that free flavins mediate efficient electron transfer from NADH to ferric iron under anaerobic conditions, suggesting that ...

This article introduces a mean set that is also semi-open. Such a set contains a non-void proper semi-open set and also contained in another proper semi-open set. We examine some properties of mean semi-open sets and also their complements. Furthermore, we investigate the behavior of such sets when they are also minimal and maximal.

\(\gamma\)-Semi-Open Sets and \(\gamma\)-Semi-Functions
Summary: In this paper, a new kind of set called a \(\gamma\)-semi-open set is introduced and investigated using the \(\gamma\)-operator due to Ogata. Such sets are used for studying new types of mappings, viz. \(\gamma\)-semi-continuous, \((\gamma,\beta)\)-semi-irresolute and weakly \(\gamma\)-semi-continuous.

RoundMi: A quantitative method to analyze mitochondrial morphology in mitotic cells
RoundMi is a workflow for rapid analysis of mitochondrial morphology in mitotic cells. By combining adaptive preprocessing with automated segmentation and quantification, it enables accurate measurements from single focal plane images, reducing acquisition time and computational demands while remaining compatible with high‐throughput fixed and live ...

Hydrostatic pressure activates HIF‐1α via β‐catenin to promote stemness in breast cancer cells
To mimic the elevated intestinal fluid pressure in breast cancers, we loaded human breast cancer cells (MCF‐7, MDA‐MB‐453, and BT‐474) to 50 mmHg hydrostatic pressure. Hydrostatic pressure exposure upregulated HIF‐1α and induced stemness in MCF‐7 and BT‐474 cells.

CHARACTERIZATION OF b-OPEN SOFT SETS IN SOFT TOPOLOGICAL SPACES
− In this paper, a new class of open soft sets in a soft topological space, called b-open softsets, is introduced and studied. Moreover, the relations this class and these different types of subsetsof soft topological spaces, which introduced in [9], is ...

On Certain Type of Semi open Sets in Soft Topological Space
in this item the concept of W-Hausdorff or soft W-T2 construction in soft topological space is announced with relationship to semi-open sets. since via the normal points of soft topology is called soft alpha W-Hausdorff briefly (soft alpha W-T2) construction. Some subspaces of soft alpha W-T2 construction are as well think carefully.
