Covering games using semi-open sets

open access: yes, 2023
In this paper, we prove the following Theorems 1. An extremally disconnected space $X$ has the semi-Menger property if and only if One does not have a winning strategy in the game $G_{fin}(sO,sO)$. 2. An extremally disconnected space $X$ has the semi-Rothberger property if and only if One does not have a winning strategy in the game $G_1(sO,sO)$.

Modelling stem cell differentiation related processes—A practical overview for biologists

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Stem cell differentiation is complex and difficult to control experimentally. This review introduces suitable computational modelling approaches that can support stem cell research, from mechanistic ODE and abstract models to multiscale and deep learning methods.

Structure‐forward targeting of claudins with synthetic binders

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Claudins form the paracellular barriers between epithelial and endothelial tissues at tight junctions and are targets for molecular binders with the goal of modulating barrier permeability. Claudin‐binding molecules are relevant in drug delivery or in altering claudin interactions with disease‐causing proteins.

Simple Forms of Nano Open Sets in an Ideal Nano Topological Spaces

open access: yesJournal of New Theory, 2018
In this paper, we introduce and study the new concepts called a-nI-open sets, semi-nI-open sets, pre-nI-open sets, b-nI-open sets and p-nI-open sets, which are simple forms of nano open sets in an ideal nano topological spaces.

Semi-Supervised Federated Learning for Open-Set Respiratory Sound Classification

open access: yesIEEE Access
Deep learning approaches for respiratory sound classification have shown promise in supporting clinical diagnosis, yet their deployment across multiple institutions faces four concurrent challenges: label scarcity due to the high cost of expert ...

Irresolute-topological groups [PDF]

open access: yesMathematica Moravica, 2015
We introduce and study two classes of topologized groups, which are called here irresolute-topological and Irr-topological, investigate their properties, and establish their differences from topological groups.

Properties of neutrosophic nano semi open sets

open access: yesMalaya Journal of Matematik, 2020
Smarandache [2] introduced and developed the new concept of Neutrosophic set from the Intuitionistic fuzzy sets. A.A. Salama [1] introduced Neutrosophic topological spaces by using the Neutrosophic crisp sets. M.L. Thivagar et al. [3,4] developed Nano topological spaces and Neutrosophic nano topological spaces.

Engineering peptides into antibodies—opportunities and strategies for therapeutic innovation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Peptides and antibodies occupy complementary therapeutic niches. Peptides recognize difficult targets in a compact format, while antibodies add specificity, long half‐life, and effector functions. This review examines strategies that merge both modalities—peptide grafting into loops, terminal and Fc fusions, and bioconjugation—highlighting how ...

On Intuitionistic Fuzzy Minimal Semi-preopen Set

open access: yesمجلة علوم ذي قار, 2019
In this paper, we introduce the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy minimal open sets on intuitionistic fuzzy  topological space. We introduce the concepts of closure and interior defined by intuitionistic fuzzy minimal open set and intuitionistic fuzzy ...

Epigenetic reprogramming of lineage switching in cancer

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Cancer cells rarely commit to a single identity. Epigenetic mechanisms and tumor microenvironment cues push epithelial cells toward flexible, hybrid states that can shift into mesenchymal, neuroendocrine, or stem‐like fates, driving metastasis, drug resistance, and tumor heterogeneity. Targeting the epigenetic regulators behind these transitions, using
