Interdisciplinary Medicine, EarlyView.This study identified the eIF5A‐ClpP axis as a key driver of breast cancer progression. Targeting eIF5A suppresses tumor growth by inducing ClpP‐dependent mitochondrial oxidative stress, revealing a novel therapeutic vulnerability.
