Development of a Human 3D Immune‐Competent Neurovascular Model Enabling Time‐Resolved Monitoring of Neuroinflammatory Dynamics and Neuroimmune Interactions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Neuroinflammation alters blood–brain barrier integrity and contributes to neurological disorders, yet existing models lack human immune complexity. This study presents a 3D, immune‐responsive platform that reconstructs key neurovascular components and enables real‐time monitoring.

Coherence Analysis of Sentinel-1A Images in Various Land Covers

open access: yesJurnal Geografi Gea, 2023
Coherence analysis is a valuable technique to assess the suitability and similarity of pixel pairs between two radar images taken at different times. In this study, we conducted coherence analysis on a series of Sentinel-1A images acquired between 2017 to 2022 in Palembang, Indonesia, encompassing various land covers.

Eco‐Geography Reverses Dominant AMR Reservoirs in Klebsiella pneumoniae: Integron‐Rich Mobilomes and Cross‐Niche Connectivity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Dominant antimicrobial resistance reservoirs in Klebsiella pneumoniae vary across eco‐geographic settings rather than following a universal pattern. Integrated One Health and global genomic analyses show that lineage structure, integron load, and cross‐niche connectivity shape whether AMR burden accumulates primarily in human or nonhuman compartments ...

Recent Surface Deformation in the Tianjin Area Revealed by Sentinel-1A Data

open access: yesRemote Sensing, 2019
In this study, we employed multitemporal InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar) (MT-InSAR) to detect spatial and temporal ground deformations over the whole Tianjin region in the North China Plain area. Twenty-five ascending Sentinel-1A terrain observation by progressive scans (TOPS) synthetic aperture radar (SAR) scenes covering this area ...

Improved Direct Ink Writing of Liquid Metal Foams via Liquid Additives

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
The ability to pattern liquid metal is useful for making soft electrical and thermal devices. Dispensing liquid metal from a nozzle naturally results in the formation of spheroidal droplets, making direct‐write printing challenging. Liquid metal foams containing pockets of air can extrude as filaments, albeit inconsistently.

Soil Moisture Mapping Using Sentinel-1A Synthetic Aperture Radar Data

open access: yes, 2018
The aim of this study is to estimate and map soil moisture distribution using C-band Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data. Sentinel-1A is a new generation C-band SAR satellite, and in this study Sentinel-1A data acquired on 24 April 2016 were used to ...

Development of a loop‐mediated isothermal amplification‐lateral flow dipstick (LAMP‐LFD) assay and on‐site rapid detection evaluation for Rodentibacter heylii and Rodentibacter pneumotropicus

open access: yesAnimal Models and Experimental Medicine, EarlyView.
This study established a closed‐tube LAMP‐LFD assay for detecting Rodentibacter heylii and Rodentibacter pneumotropicus. The method exhibited high sensitivity (detection limits of 10−5 ng/μL for R. heylii and 10−4 ng/μL for R. pneumotropicus), high specificity, reliable performance with clinical samples, and effective validation in experimental ...
