Transition Metal Complexes with Appended Benzimidazole Groups for Sensing Dihydrogenphosphate
The anion recognition behaviour of several emissive metal complexes, with appended benzimidazole groups, is discussed. These show a selective response to both acetate and dihydrogen phosphate: with acetate these complexes appear to adopt a simple one to one adduct, but with dihydrogenphosphate several binding modes are evident dependant on the steric ...

The endocannabinoid system is found throughout the central nervous system, and its cannabinoids receptor 1 is critical in preventing neurotoxicity caused by N‐methyl‐D‐aspartate receptor activation (NMDARs). The activity of NMDARs places demands on endogenous cannabinoids to regulate their calcium currents.

Chromatography on Sephadex LH20, in a linear gradient of methanol in 0.02M TEAB buffer pH 7.5, is proposed as a fast and efficient method for the isolation and purification of protected oligoribonucleotide phosphodiesters obtained by deprotection of internucleotide phosphotriesters, and for the monitoring of the deprotection step itself. Its utility is
