Some normed binomial difference sequence spaces related to the ℓ p $\ell_{p}$ spaces

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2017
The aim of this paper is to introduce the normed binomial sequence spaces b p r , s ( ∇ ) $b^{r,s}_{p}(\nabla)$ by combining the binomial transformation and difference operator, where 1 ≤ p ≤ ∞ $1\leq p\leq\infty$ .

On Certain Sequence Spaces [PDF]

open access: yesCanadian Mathematical Bulletin, 1981
AbstractIn this paper define the spaces l∞(Δ), c(Δ), and c0(Δ), where for instance l∞(Δ) = {x=(xk):supk |xk -xk + l|< ∞}, and compute their duals (continuous dual, α-dual, β-dual and γ-dual). We also determine necessary and sufficient conditions for a matrix A to map l∞(Δ) or c(Δ) into l∞ or c, and investigate related questions.

On 2 - normed space valued paranormed null sequence space

open access: yesBibechana, 2013
In this paper we introduce and study a new class c0 ( S, α‾ , u‾ , ||. , .|| ) of sequences with values in 2- normed space as a generalization of basic null sequence space c0. We investigate some conditions pertaining to the containment relations of the

Factorization of Hausdorff Operators

open access: yesAxioms
Throughout this study, we will gain a deeper understanding of Hausdorff operators that are commonly used in operator theory. The Hausdorff matrices Gamma, Cesàro, and Hölder are factorized here to derive novel inequalities.

Space and sequence: a topography of "here"

open access: yesUmjetnost Riječi, 2022
Richard McGuire’s Here, an “artist book disguised as a graphic novel”, follows a single viewpoint over a multimillenial timespan. Pursuing potential storylines on several apparently incompatible levels (gestural, historical, evolutionary, cosmic), this ...

Balls in sequence spaces

open access: yesAutomatic Control and Computer Sciences, 2013
We introduce a new metric on a space of right-sided infinite sequences drawn from a finite alphabet. Emerging from a problem of entropy estimation of a discrete stationary ergodic process, the metric is important on its own part and exhibits some interesting properties.

Map Ideal of Type the Domain of r-Cesàro Matrix in the Variable Exponent ℓt. and Its Eigenvalue Distributions

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, 2021
In this article, we define a new sequence space generated by the domain of r-Cesàro matrix in Nakano sequence space. Some geometric and topological properties of this sequence space, the multiplication maps defined on it, and the eigenvalue distributions

Epistasis facilitates functional evolution in an ancient transcription factor

open access: yeseLife
A protein’s genetic architecture – the set of causal rules by which its sequence produces its functions – also determines its possible evolutionary trajectories.

Multipliers of Sequence Spaces

open access: yesRocky Mountain Journal of Mathematics, 1993
Let \(A = (a_{nk})\) be a triangular nonnegative regular summability matrix. Denote by \(m_ A\) the linear space of sequences \(\{s_ n\}\) such that the \(A\)-transform is bounded. Let \((c_ 0)_ A\) be the closed subspace of sequences \(\{t_ n\}\) which are evaluated to 0 by \(A\). Denote by \(m_ A\) the Banach space \(\widetilde m_ A/(c_ 0)_ A\).
