Two New Salmonella Serotypes (Serotype malakal and Serotype khartoum) Isolated from Dogs [PDF]

Two new Salmonella serotypes, Salmonella sp. serotype malakal and Salmonella sp. serotype khartoum, have been isolated from mesenteric lymph nodes of apparently healthy dogs in the Sudan, and they belong to Salmonella subgenus I. The antigenic formulae of these serotypes are: S. malakal = 16: e,h: 1,2; S. khartoum = (3),(15), 34: a : 1,7.

BAP31 Drives Cartilage Calcification through Disruption of Autophagosome–Lysosome Fusion in Osteoarthritis

Mechanical stress activates BAP31 in chondrocytes. BAP31 competes with ATG14 for binding to STX17, disrupting the STX17–ATG14 complex required for autophagosome–lysosome fusion. TOLLIP Inhibits Psoriasis Progression via Suppressing PKM2‐Mediated Glycolysis in Keratinocytes

In this study, we identify TOLLIP as a critical regulator of psoriasis pathogenesis through its modulation of glycolytic metabolism. Our findings establish the TOLLIP‐PKM2‐glycolysis axis as a key mechanism linking metabolic reprogramming to psoriasis pathogenesis, and propose TOLLIP as a promising therapeutic target.
