Tryptophan metabolism‐related metabolic signature and transcription signature were explored, and four metabolites were determined as potential metabolic biomarkers of trastuzumab resistance. Then, the metabolic signature of potential metabolic biomarkers in serum discriminated TR patients from TS patients.
