Probiotic B.p colonization elevated gut‐derived inosine level in the liver, while elevated inosine activated A2AR and subsequently blocked NPs‐induced polarization of M1 macrophages by repressing the miR155/SOCS1/NF‐κB pathway. This reduced the release of inflammatory cytokines and thereby, mitigated NPs‐induced hepatic injury.

Serum Interleukin-41 Levels may have a Potential Clinical Value in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis. [PDF]
Background: One of the immunobiological factors thought to have modulatory effects in rheumatoid arthritis [RA] is interleukin-41 [IL-41], a recently identified cytokine claimed to be up-regulated in RA patients. The aim of the work: The objective of our ...

Turbidimetry of rheumatoid factor in serum with a centrifugal analyzer.
Abstract We describe the simple, rapid turbidimetry of IgM rheumatoid factor in human serum by use of the Cobas-Bio centrifugal analyzer. Heat-aggregated human IgG is used as the antigen. The immunoturbidimetric reaction is monitored at 340 nm for 300 s, and the changes in absorbance after the antigen is added are used to prepare the ...

Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) show promise for treating immune‐related disorders through immunomodulation and tissue regeneration. This review gives a brief overview of current clinical approval of MSC therapies. It also discussed how bioengineering, including genetic modification, biomaterial delivery, extracellular vesicles, and iPSC‐derived MSCs,

Schematic illustration of the Pluronic F127 diacrylate/gelatin methacryloyl/poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate)/celastrol hydrogel (FGPC) for localized myocardial ischemia–reperfusion injury treatment. FGPC combines sustained celastrol delivery with PEDOT:PSS‐mediated conductive support to attenuate acute oxidative/inflammatory ...

Clinical study of rheumatoid factor (RF) in serum of rheumatoid arthritis (RA)
Clinical data of 255 cases (1869 examinations) of definite or classical RA were analysed statistically and discussed on the correlation between with titers of RF (LATEX, RAHA and Waaler-Rose test) and with clinical findings.Titers of RF tend to increase in cases with high activities of general and joint symptoms in the following clinical data; general ...

The TPR‐LYTACs nanomaterial offers a dual‐pathway strategy for precise gouty arthritis treatment by targeting and degrading the ROS‐producing enzyme NOX2 inside macrophages while its antioxidant core clears accumulated ROS outside. This “source inhibition and microenvironment scavenging” approach, guided by NIR‐II imaging, effectively controls local ...
