องค์ประกอบทางเคมีและฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพของต้นงา /(Sesamum indicum Linn.)
ในการค้นหาชีวสารจากพืชเศรษฐกิจ พบว่าสิ่งสกัดจากต้นงา, Sesamum indicum L. (Pedaliaceae) แสดงฤทธิ์ในการยับยั้งการเจริญเติบโตของต้นข้าว และจากการแยกสิ่งสกัดด้วยเฮกเซนและคลอโรฟอร์มโดยวิธีคอลัมน์โครมาโทกราฟี พบสาร 7 ชนิด ได้แก่ ของผสมไฮโดรคาร์บอนโซ่ตรง (C₂₉-C₃₄), ของผสมเอสเทอร์โซ่ตรง, ของผสมแอลกอฮอล์โซ่ตรง (C₂₈-C₃₄), ของผสมของ cmpesterol, β-sitosterol และ ...openaire +1 more source
การผลิตเนยงาดำ Sesamum indicum Linn.
งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการผลิตเนยงาดำในภาวะต่างๆ เมื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบทางเคมีของงาดำพบว่ามี ไขมันร้อยละ 52.60 โดยน้ำหนัก เป็นกรดไขมันไม่อิ่มตัวร้อยละ 83.16 ประกอบด้วยกรดโอเลอิค กรดลิโนเลอิค และกรดลิโนเลนิค ร้อยละ 35.92 46.90 และ 0.34 โดยน.น.กรดไขมัน/น.น.ไขมันทั้งหมด โปรตีน ใยอาหารคาร์โบไฮเดรต ความชิ้น และเถ้าร้อยละ 25.59 6.34 5.44 3 ...openaire +1 more source
