Determination of Anomalin and Deltoin in Seseli resinosum by LC Combined with Chemometric Methods

Chromatographia, 2007
Liquid chromatography–chemometric methods [LC-Partial least squares (LC-PLS), LC-principle component regression (LC-PCR) and LC-artificial neural network (LC-ANN)] were developed for the determination of (−)-anomalin (ANO) and deltoin (DEL) in the root and aerial part of Seseli resinosum Freyn et Sint. (Umbelliferae).

Anti-inflammatory properties of samidin from Seseli resinosum through suppression of NF-κB and AP-1-mediated-genes in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells

Archives of Pharmacal Research, 2014
Seseli is a herb widely used for its anti-inflammation, anti-flatulence and various other healing properties. In the present study, we investigated the effects of samidin on the production of pro-inflammatory mediators in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. The results demonstrated that samidin significantly inhibited the production of

Essential Oil Composition of the Fruits ofSeseli resinosumFreyn et Sint. andSeseli tortuosumL. Growing in Turkey

Journal of Essential Oil Research, 2006
Abstract Essential oils obtained by hydrodistillation from fruits of Seseli resinosum Freyn et Sint. and Seseli tortuosum L. were analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Twenty-two compounds were characterized, representing 100.0% of the oil of S. resinosum, while 27 compounds were found, representing 98.3% of the oil of S. tortuosum.

Male and Female Gametophyte Development of Seseli resinosum (Apiaceae)

2016
The male and female gametophyte development in Seseli resinosum Freyn et Sint were studied with alight microscope. Anther wall development follows the dicotyledonous type: epidermis, endothecium, middle layer, and tapetum. The tapetum is secretory andthe tapetal cells are two-, three- and four-nucleate.
