The ΔRMSF$\Delta {\rm RMSF}$ analysis reveals significant flexibility differences between free NS3 and the NS2B/NS3 complex, with notable deviations in specific regions. Key residues driving NS2B binding are identified, and the protonation state of catalytic serine affects oxyanion hole formation.

Altered Brain‐Behavior Association During Resting State is a Potential Psychosis Risk Marker
The study detects a potential multimodal biomarker that can be promising for identifying early markers of psychosis. It shows a consistent brain‐behavior association between a circuit of interconnected regions and executive function in neurotypical controls and individuals at various stages of psychosis.

Sharp well-posedness and ill-posedness of the Navier-Stokes initial value problem in Besov-type spaces [PDF]
We prove that the Navier-Stokes initial value problem is well-posed in the logrithmically refined Besov spaces when the second index is not less than certain critical value, and ill-posed in such spaces when the second index is less than this critical value.

Some Results on Regularization of LSQR and CGLS for Large-Scale Discrete Ill-Posed Problems [PDF]
For large-scale discrete ill-posed problems, LSQR, a Lanczos bidiagonalization process based Krylov method, is most often used. It is well known that LSQR has natural regularizing properties, where the number of iterations plays the role of the regularization parameter.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), while holistic and historically esteemed, faces challenges in “miracle cures” due to slow onset, long cycles, and difficulty controlling quality. This study obtains the active ingredients, glabridin (GLA) and puerarin (PUE), from Ge‐Gen Decoction (GGD), developing a safe and effective drug delivery system, GLA‐PUE ...

D‐galactose (D‐gal) induced inner ear hair cell senescence by inhibiting TFEB transcription. RONIN/HCF1 promotes TFEB transcription to prevent cochlear HCs from D‐gal‐induced senescence through autophagy activation. Abstract Age‐related hearing loss is characterized by senescent inner ear hair cells (HCs) and reduced autophagy.
