Abstract Lateral extra‐articular tenodesis has emerged as a valuable adjunct to anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction for mitigating residual rotational instability. We describe a modified lateral extra‐articular tenodesis technique utilizing an all‐suture knotless anchor with suture tape, which provides strong, flexible fixation with reduced soft ...

THE EFFECTS OF SEWING THREAD PROPERTIES ON THE NEEDLE THREAD TENSION IN AN INDUSTRIAL SEWING MACHINE
This paper presents the measurement of the needle thread tension in an industrial sewing machine using various sewing threads. In this work, three types of sewing threads, air-jet textured (PET), core-spun (PET/PET) and (PET)-spun were used. Two lubricant types and two lubricant feeding rates were applied to these sewing threads.

Arthroscopic Repair of the Anterior Root of the Lateral Meniscus Using Knotless All‐Suture Anchors
Abstract Anterior root tears of the lateral meniscus are uncommon but can significantly disrupt knee biomechanics by increasing contact pressures and accelerating cartilage degeneration if left untreated. This article describes an arthroscopic technique for repair of the anterior root of the lateral meniscus using all‐suture anchors.

Effect Of Sewing Speed On The Physical Properties Of Firefighter Sewing Threads
This article experimentally investigates various physical properties of special fire retardant sewing threads under different sewing speeds. The aramid threads are common for sewing the fire-fighter clothing due to high strength and high melting temperature.

Patellar Tendon Repair With Gracilis Autograft Augmentation and Anchor Fixation
Abstract Patellar tendon rupture is a severe injury that disrupts knee extensor continuity and requires prompt surgical management. Although primary repair remains the standard treatment, isolated suture repair may be insufficient in cases of poor tissue quality or high mechanical demand, making augmentation necessary.
