In the post‐stroke brain, Foxa2 induces the transcriptional upregulation of Nrsn1 in NSCs. Nrsn1 functionally couples with Smarcc1, modulating its nuclear availability and protein abundance, thereby influencing Smarcc1‐associated regulatory programs linked to neuronal lineage commitment. A carrier‐free zinc‐coordinated polyphenol nanoplatform (ZnCA NPs) is designed as an “all‐in‐one” therapeutic strategy for intestinal inflammation. The ZnCA NPs exhibit enhanced colonic accumulation and broad‐spectrum reactive oxygen and nitrogen species scavenging.

Musculoskeletal Phenotypes of 19 Patients With X‐Linked HNRNPH2‐Related Neurodevelopmental Disorder: A Prospective Case Series

ABSTRACT Detailed clinical phenotypes have been previously reported for 33 individuals with X‐linked HNRNPH2‐related neurodevelopmental disorder. Of these, 75% self‐reported a musculoskeletal abnormality, including hip dysplasia, scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, pes planus, arthritis, and missing spinous processes.
