文中阐述了SF6电气设备中的SF6气体密度下降和微水超标的危害性,并综合分析了SF6电气设备中SF6气体密度和微水监测的现状。为了预防这些危害,提出并研制了SF6电气设备中气体内部微水和密度的在线监测装置,该监测装置通过对SF6气体的循环,实现了内部微水和密度的在线监测,实时了解SF6气室内部水分含量和密度值的变化情况,这对掌握SF6气体的状态,及时预防和排除安全事故,从而保证供电设备的正常运行很有价值。
