The local controlled generalized H-Bézier model is one of the most useful tools for shape designs and geometric representations in computer-aided geometric design (CAGD), which is owed to its good geometric properties, e.g., symmetry and shape adjustable

Next‐generation proteomics improves lung cancer risk prediction
This is one of very few studies that used prediagnostic blood samples from participants of two large population‐based cohorts. We identified, evaluated, and validated an innovative protein marker model that outperformed an established risk prediction model and criteria employed by low‐dose computed tomography in lung cancer screening trials.

Stable Bose-Einstein correlations
The shape of Bose-Einstein (or HBT) correlation functions is determined for the case when particles are emitted from a stable source, obtained after convolutions of large number of elementary random processes.

G2 continuity conditions for generalized Bézier-like surfaces with multiple shape parameters
In order to tackle the problem of shape design and shape adjustment of complex surfaces in engineering, continuity conditions between generalized Bézier-like surfaces with multiple shape parameters are studied in this paper.

Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib
WNTinib, a Wnt/CTNNB1 inhibitor, was tested in hepatoblastoma (HB) experimental models. It delayed tumor growth and improved survival in CTNNB1‐mutant in vivo models. In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.

A Parametric Identification Method of Human Gait Differences and its Application in Rehabilitation
In order to understand the regularity of human motion, characteristic description is widely used in gait analysis. For completely expressing gait information and providing more concise indicators, parametric description is also particularly significant ...

Exploiting metabolic adaptations to overcome dabrafenib treatment resistance in melanoma cells
We show that dabrafenib‐resistant melanoma cells undergo mitochondrial remodeling, leading to elevated respiration and ROS production balanced by stronger antioxidant defenses. This altered redox state promotes survival despite mitochondrial damage but renders resistant cells highly vulnerable to ROS‐inducing compounds such as PEITC, highlighting redox
