Localized NF‐κB Inhibition Reduces Lipid Nanoparticle‐Associated Inflammation
Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) activate NF‐κB and provoke inflammation that limits therapeutic delivery. By encapsulating selective NF‐κB inhibitors within LNPs, localized suppression of inflammatory signaling is achieved without compromising mRNA expression.

Lysosome‐targeting chimeras (LYTACs) enable degradation of extracellular and membrane proteins via lysosomal trafficking. We report a novel IGF‐II mutant (Del1–7, Y27L) that selectively engages IGF‐IIR while avoiding IGF‐IR and IR‐A. mutIGF‐II–based LYTACs enhance target internalization and degradation and support a genetically encodable, all‐protein ...

Computational Investigations and Control of Shock Interference
Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) has aided the development, design, and analysis of hypersonic airbreathing propulsion technologies, such as scramjets. The complex flow field in a scramjet isolator has been the subject of intense interest and study for

Kinetic theory and turbulent discontinuities [PDF]
Shock tube discontinuities were used to test and extend a kinetic theory of turbulence. In shock wave and contact surface fluctuations, coherent phenomena were found which provide new support for the microscopic nonempirical approach to turbulent systems,

We present a theory for the three-dimensional evolution of tubes with expandable walls conveying fluid. Our theory can accommodate arbitrary deformations of the tube, arbitrary elasticity of the walls, and both compressible and incompressible flows ...

A Soft, Flexible Implant for Wireless Photothermal–Pyroelectric Neurostimulation
A replication strategy is used to enlarge the exposed surface area of barium titanate within flexible films with embedded carbon nanotubes, enabling efficient photothermal‐pyroelectric stimulation. Polar crystalline nanosheets show superior performance in guiding neural progenitor cells toward neuronal differentiation.

The autoignition of cyclopentane and cyclohexane in a shock tube
Ignition delay times of cyclohexane-oxygen-argon and cyclopentane-oxygen-argon mixtures have been measured in a shock tube, the onset of ignition being detected by OH radical emission. Mixtures contained 0.5 or 1 % of hydrocarbon for equivalence ratios ranging from 0.5 to 2.

Model of circNrip1 (cNrip1) upregulation driving neuropathic pain mechanisms. After peripheral nerve injury, increased FUS triggers the formation and upregulation of cNrip1 in injured DRG neurons. Upregulated cNrip1 recruits SYNCRIP to the 3′‐UTR of Tlr2 mRNA by binding to both, thereby promoting SYNCRIP‐triggered Tlr2 mRNA stability and increasing ...
