FPX is a Novel Chemical Inducer that Promotes Callus Formation and Shoot Regeneration in Plants
Auxin and cytokinin control callus formation from developed plant organs as well as shoot regeneration from callus. Dedifferentiation and regeneration of plant cells by auxin and cytokinin stimulation are considered to be caused by the reprogramming of ...

Grounding Large Language Models for Robot Task Planning Using Closed‐Loop State Feedback
BrainBody‐Large Language Model (LLM) introduces a hierarchical, feedback‐driven planning framework where two LLMs coordinate high‐level reasoning and low‐level control for robotic tasks. By grounding decisions in real‐time state feedback, it reduces hallucinations and improves task reliability.

Organogenesis and plant regeneration of Arachis villosa Benth. (Leguminosae) through leaf culture [PDF]
With the aim of developing an efficient plant regeneration protocol, leaflet explants of three accessions of Arachis villosa Benth. (S2866, S2867 and L97) were cultured on basic Murashige and Skoog medium supplemented with different combinations of plant

A (2R,3R)‐butanediol dehydrogenase from Bacillus subtilis (BsBDH) is engineered for the enantioselective synthesis of 2‐hydroxycyclohexanone. A PASS computational design strategy is proposed to enhance the thermostability of BsBDH. Moreover, ESM‐1v combined with ISM is utilized for enhancing and inverting its stereoselectivity.

IN VITRO SHOOT REGENERATION FROM WESTERN SOAPBERRY [PDF]
Surface sterilized stem nodal sections of western soapberry (Sapindus drummondii Hook. & Arn.) were cultured on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium. The basal media consisted of one half and full strength MS medium each supplemented with the following (mg-1): Nicotinic acid 0.5, pyridoxine Hcl 0.5, Glycine 2.0, myo-inositol 100, sucrose 30,000 and agar

This study employs longitudinal fluorescence imaging in transgenic mice to map post‐craniotomy cortical recovery. We identify distinct neuroimmune recovery phases: microglial structural inflammation peaks at ∼10 days, neuronal structural intensity peaks at ∼14 days and correlates with microglial activity, and functional network modularity is most ...

Above- and below-ground competition in high and low irradiance: tree seedling responses to a competing liana Byttneria grandifolia [PDF]
: In tropical forests, trees compete not only with other trees, but also with lianas, which may limit tree growth and regeneration. Liana effects may depend on the availability of above- and below-ground resources and differ between tree species.
