Early Local Treatment Delays Multiple Metastases in Non‐Small Cell Lung Cancer With Solitary Distant Metastasis: A Multicenter Retrospective Cohort Study

In NSCLC patients with solitary distant metastasis (SDM), early local treatment significantly delays the progression to multi‐metastasis by 14 months (HR = 0.55) compared to delayed or no treatment. This multicenter cohort study highlights SDM as an indolent state, emphasizing the critical time window for effective local intervention. .
