ERα splice variant ERα∆7 lacks the C‐terminus, and its expression may change phenotypes of breast cancers. Our results showed that ERα∆7 is found in the luminal A subtype, and elevated ERα∆7 levels are linked to improved cell survival with lower proliferation and migration.

Development of human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 by yeast display
Human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 are generated by yeast display‐guided selection. These antibodies bind to soluble and cell‐surface forms of TARM1. Also, these antibodies exhibit agonistic activity in the NFAT‐GFP reporter assay, indicating that TARM1 signaling can be functionally modulated by antibodies and suggesting TARM1 as a potential ...

Quantum security analysis of Module-LWE PQC based on practical cost estimates
The security of lattice-based cryptography relies on the computational complexity of solving the Shortest Vector Problem (SVP) on a high-dimensional lattice. Due to its efficacy in addressing SVP, lattice-based cryptographic systems have so far used the

P-proteins in Arabidopsis are heteromeric structures involved in rapid sieve tube sealing
Structural phloem proteins (P-proteins) are characteristic components of the sieve elements in all dicotyledonous and many monocotyledonous angiosperms.

A novel microwave (MW) catalytic oxidation denitrification method was developed, which can deeply oxidize NO into nitrate/nitrite with little NO2 yield. A molecular-sieve-supported oxygen-vacancy-enriched Fe2O3–MnO2 catalyst (Ov–Fe–Mn@MOS) was fabricated.

Cytosolically synthesized chloroplast preproteins are translocated across the outer and inner envelope membranes through translocons called TOC and TIC, respectively. In green algae and plants, the TIC core is composed of essential membrane proteins, Tic12, Tic20, and Tic214.

MiR‐513a promotes human erythroid differentiation by modulating c‐Jun
During early human erythropoiesis, miR‐513a promoted erythroid differentiation in primary human CD34+ hematopoietic stem‐progenitor cells and human TF‐1 erythroleukemic cells by indirectly decreasing c‐Jun and phospho‐c‐Jun expression, which are associated with increased GATA1 expression.
