A tri‐culture of iPSC‐derived neurons, astrocytes, and microglia treated with ferroptosis inducers as an Induced ferroptosis model was characterized by scRNA‐seq, cell survival, and cytokine release assays. This analysis revealed diverse microglial transcriptomic changes, indicating that the system captures key aspects of the complex cellular ...

Job Characteristics and Labor Market Discrimination in Promotions: New Theory and Empirical Evidence [PDF]
[Excerpt] We present new theory and the first empirical test of promotion discrimination models based on job assignment signaling. In our theory, promotions serve as signals of worker ability, and job hierarchies differ in the degree to which tasks vary ...

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Signals of Opportunity in Low Earth Orbit
The goal of this dissertation is to perform a preliminary study concerning availability requirements for successful navigation in orbit. A number of signal types will then be studied in order to verify requirement satisfaction, also to assess the feasibility of using signals of opportunity such as DTTV and LTE existent at Low Earth Orbit altitudes. Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.
