Key demographic, biological, and material considerations that drive the need for advanced injectable bone cement technologies. Injectable bone cements (IBCs) are widely used in orthopaedic and craniofacial applications due to their minimally invasive delivery and ability to provide early mechanical stabilisation.

A series of donor‐attached brominated chiral luminescent radicals (CzTTBrM, 2CzTTBrM, and 3CzTTBrM) was synthesized, showing red to near‐infrared (NIR) circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) with exceptionally high PLQY of up to 76% and markedly enhanced CPL brightness (BCPL). Doping into polystyrene microspheres further yields whispering gallery mode

A catalytic network embedding a formal rearrangement enables the first catalytic enantioselective multicomponent reaction (MCR) of sulfur ylides. In the presence of a bulky chiral phosphoric acid, the reaction combines sulfoxonium ylides, aldehydes and thiols, and affords synthetically versatile β‐hydroxy‐α‐sulfanyl carbonyl compounds in ...

The structure of silica hydrogels has been studied by elastic light scattering. Like colloidal silica gels and neutrally catalyzed aerogels, these gels show mass fractal behavior at length scales below a crossover length \ensuremath{\xi} and scatter like a spatially random distribution of fractal objects for length scales g\ensuremath{\xi}.
