Influence of the germanium and oxygen impurities on the radiation stability of the silicon [PDF]
Infrared absorption spectra of the Silicon single-crystals with the Germanium impurity (Ge ≤ 0,7 at. %) after the irradiation by the reactor neutron fluences of 5 · 10 16 n/cm 2 and 5 · 10 19 n/cm 2 are measured.

Development of new photon detection device for Cherenkov and fluorescence radiation
Recent progress on the development of a new solid state detector allowed the use of finely pixelled photocathodes obtained from silicon semiconductors. SiPM detectors seem to be an ideal tool for the detection of Cherenkov and fluorescence light in spite

Test beam Characterizations of 3D Silicon Pixel detectors
3D silicon detectors are characterized by cylindrical electrodes perpendicular to the surface and penetrating into the bulk material in contrast to standard Si detectors with planar electrodes on its top and bottom.

This study investigates H4TBAPy‐based metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) ‐ NU‐1000, NU‐901, SrTBAPy, and BaTBAPy ‐ for multiphoton absorption (MPA) performance. It observes topology‐dependent variations in the 2PA cross‐section, with BaTBAPy exhibiting the highest activity.

Investigation of Linear Current in SiC Radiation Detector
Diagnosis of pulsed neutron emitted by nuclear fission is one of key methods to study nuclear reaction mechanism. It is not easy to get accurate neutron parameters for the intense radiation background, composited of scatter neutron, gamma ray, etc ...

Beam test results of the irradiated Silicon Drift Detector for ALICE
The Silicon Drift Detectors will equip two of the six cylindrical layers of high precision position sensitive detectors in the ITS of the ALICE experiment at LHC. In this paper we report the beam test results of a SDD irradiated with 1 GeV electrons. The

On Determining Dead Layer and Detector Thicknesses for a Position-Sensitive Silicon Detector [PDF]
In this work, two particular properties of the position-sensitive, thick silicon detectors (known as the "E" detectors) in the High Resolution Array (HiRA) are investigated: the thickness of the dead layer on the front of the detector, and the overall ...

Controlled syntheses of lanthanide coordination polymers based on the dihydroxybenzoquinone (DHBQ) organic linker afforded large single crystals of Ln‐DHBQ CPs (Ln = Yb, Nd). A novel structural variant of Yb‐DHBQ is identified by means of single crystal diffraction analysis.
