为开发水飞蓟籽粕成为天然抗氧化剂资源,并延长水飞蓟籽油货架期,采用超声辅助技术提取水飞蓟籽粕中黄酮类物质,以总黄酮提取率为指标,通过单因素实验和正交实验优化提取条件,并通过Rancimat法、Schaal烘箱加速氧化实验考察水飞蓟籽粕总黄酮提取物(SMSME)对水飞蓟籽油氧化稳定性(氧化诱导时间、酸值、过氧化值、货架期)的影响。结果表明:SMSME最佳提取溶剂为95%乙醇;SMSME的最佳提取条件为料液比1∶ 20、超声时间40 min、超声功率720 W,在此条件下总黄酮提取率为17.24 ...
