In microglia, STAT3 upregulates TAB2, which promotes NF‐κB activation through its NZF domain‐mediated recognition of K63‐linked ubiquitin chains, leading to inflammatory cytokine release and subsequent neuronal injury. Lumacaftor suppresses TAB2 expression and directly binds the TAB2‐NZF domain to interrupt K63 ubiquitin recognition, thereby blocking ...

This article investigates how persistent homology, persistent Laplacians, and persistent commutative algebra reveal complementary geometric, topological, and algebraic invariants or signatures of real‐world data. By analyzing shapes, synthetic complexes, fullerenes, and biomolecules, the article shows how these mathematical frameworks enhance ...

Autonomous AI‐Driven Design for Skin Product Formulations
This review presents a comprehensive closed‐loop framework for autonomous skin product formulation design. By integrating artificial intelligence‐driven experiment selection with automated multi‐tiered assays, the approach shifts development from trial‐and‐error to intelligent optimisation.

Remarks on perspective simplices [PDF]
The planar figure of two triangles being in perspective position is associated with a theorem of Desargues, which is responsible for the fact that the coordinate set of the plane is a field.

Dynamics of doubly stochastic quadratic operators on a finite-dimensional simplex
The present paper focuses on the dynamics of doubly stochastic quadratic operators (d.s.q.o) on a finite-dimensional simplex. We prove that if a d.s.q.o. has no periodic points then the trajectory of any initial point inside the simplex is convergent. We

Topology effect of two PSO and simplex hybrids
This paper shows optimization results for a group of standard functions. When the optimization algorithm PSO is hybridized with the simplex traditional algorithm (SX, Nelder-Mead) in two different ways, i. e. thealternating interaction hybrid (PSOSX(AIH)

Mix design of eco-efficient high-strength mortars optimized by the compressible packing model [PDF]
The production of eco-efficient cement-based materials is essential to reduce CO2 emissions from the construction industry. A substantial reduction in global CO2 emissions can be achieved by using clinker in mortar and concrete more efficiently and using

The non-pure version of the simplex and the boundary of the simplex
We introduce the non-pure versions of simplicial balls and spheres with minimum number of vertices. These are a special type of non-homogeneous balls and spheres (NH-balls and NH-spheres) satisfying a minimality condition on the number of maximal simplices.

ABSTRACT Beckwith–Wiedemann spectrum (BWSp) is an overgrowth disorder characterized by its main clinical features macrosomia, macroglossia, and abdominal wall defects. BWSp is caused by (epi)genetic chromosome 11p15 alterations with approximately 20%–27% of patients exhibiting mosaic paternal uniparental disomy of chromosome 11p15 (pUPD11p15).
