Abstract I propose the concept of delomization, the process whereby a sign comes to be understood as a symbol. I term such signs delomes. With rhematization and dicentization, delomization completes the triplet that linguistic anthropologists derive from Charles Sanders Peirce's third trichotomy.

Optimized Rate-Adaptive Error Correction through Puncturing and Shortening of Simplex Codes

This paper presents a strategy for obtaining efficient rate-adaptive error correction by puncturing and shortening simplex codes. We derive a family of punctured cyclic codes from a parent cyclic simplex code.

On Some Quaternary Self-Orthogonal Codes

This paper studies families of self-orthogonal codes over Z 4 . We show that the simplex codes (Type # and Type #) are self-orthogonal. We partially answer the question of Z 4 -linearity for the codes from projective planes of even order.

A Probabilistic Interpretation of the Relative Energy Difference in Hansen Solubility Theory

The relative energy difference (RED) is reformulated as a probabilistic descriptor, replacing the classical sharp solubility boundary with a continuous transition in Hansen space. The approach captures partial compatibility and reveals consistent solubility domains by aligning optimized models with data‐driven decision boundaries.

We have identified 4 pathogenic/likely pathogenic changes and 2 variants of uncertain significance, 3 of which were novel. The identification of disease‐causing variants in the CRYAA, MYH9, RP2, and CLNC1 genes allowed us to establish an accurate genetic diagnosis of inherited cataract and to describe overlapping clinical phenotypes.

Nemolizumab in prurigo nodularis up to 100 weeks: OLYMPIA LTE interim analysis

In this interim analysis of the OLYMPIA long‐term extension trial, nemolizumab exhibited sustained efficacy and was well tolerated through 100 weeks, with most adverse events being mild/moderate. Patients showed clinically meaningful improvements in core signs and symptoms.
