ABSTRACT Background/Objectives Pediatric patients with epidermolysis bullosa (EB) experience lifelong complications, and wound healing is an important treatment goal. In the phase III EASE study (NCT03068780), Oleogel‐S10 accelerated wound healing in EB.

Some constructions of superimposed codes in Euclidean spaces
We describe three new methods for obtaining superimposed codes in Euclidean spaces. With help of them we construct codes with parameters improving upon known constructions. We also prove that the spherical simplex code is not optimal as superimposed code

Bayesian Inference for Multivariate Monotone Densities
ABSTRACT We consider a nonparametric Bayesian approach to estimation and testing for a multivariate monotone density. Instead of following the conventional Bayesian approach of imposing a prior that satisfies the monotonicity restriction, we place a prior on the step heights via binning and a Dirichlet distribution. The resulting posterior distribution

Constructions of quasi-cyclic two-weigh codes
As a generalization of cyclic codes, quasi-cyclic (QC) codes contain many good linear codes. But quasi-cyclic codes studied so far are mainly limited to one generator (1-generator) QC codes.

ABSTRACT The Flexible and Interactive Tradeoff Elicitation (FITradeoff) method is a Multi‐Attribute Decision‐Making (MADM) approach designed to capture the preferences of a Decision Maker (DM) while minimising cognitive effort. To reduce the frequency of interactions and optimise the preference elicitation process, this paper introduces an innovative ...

Construction of the binary simplex codes and the first order reed-muller codes
GF(q) denote the finite field with q elements. An [n,k,d] linear code C over GF(q) is a k-dimensional subspace of GF(q) ^n with minimum (Hamming) distance d. The vectors in C are codewords of C. Specially, codes over GF(2) are called binary linear codes. Let q=2^m for some positive integer m, and Tr denote the trace map from GF(q) onto GF(2).

Binary Self-Complementary Codes
A binary linear code C is said to be self-complementary if the all-ones codeword belongs to C. This report focuses on binary self-complementary codes and their weight distributions which in some cases are generated using the MAGMA Computational ...

On non-linear space-time block codes
A number of space-time block codes have been proposed for the quasi-static, flat-fading channel with coherent receiver. All of these block codes are linear codes, i.e., the encoded codeword is a linear function of the input scalar symbols.

Are Women Accepted at Work? Gender Discrimination in Chinese Firms
ABSTRACT To what extent is women's employment accepted in modern Chinese firms? Drawing on pooled 2017 and 2021 nationally representative Chinese General Social Survey (CGSS) data, this article estimates the socioeconomic predictors and prevalence of the belief that women should be stay‐at‐home wives instead of working in Chinese firms.
