Aggressive prostate cancer is associated with pericyte dysfunction
Tumor‐produced TGF‐β drives pericyte dysfunction in prostate cancer. This dysfunction is characterized by downregulation of some canonical pericyte markers (i.e., DES, CSPG4, and ACTA2) while maintaining the expression of others (i.e., PDGFRB, NOTCH3, and RGS5).

Discussions on the almost 𝒵-contraction
In this paper, we introduce a new contraction, namely, almost Z{\mathcal{Z}} contraction with respect to ζ∈Z\zeta \in {\mathcal{Z}}, in the setting of complete metric spaces.

Survivin and Aurora Kinase A control cell fate decisions during mitosis
Aurora A interacts with survivin during mitosis and regulates its centromeric role. Loss of Aurora A activity mislocalises survivin, the CPC and BubR1, leading to disruption of the spindle checkpoint and triggering premature mitotic exit, which we refer to as ‘mitotic slippage’.

New Fixed-Point Theorems on an S-metric Space via Simulation Functions
In this paper, we prove new fixed-point theorems using the set of simulation functions on an S-metric space with some illustrative examples. Our results are stronger than some known fixed-point results.

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

Conditional Mass Functions and Merger Rates of Dark Matter Halos in the Ellipsoidal Collapse Model
Analytic models based on spherical and ellipsoidal gravitational collapse have been used to derive the mass functions of dark matter halos and their progenitors (the conditional mass function).

Rethinking plastic waste: innovations in enzymatic breakdown of oil‐based polyesters and bioplastics
Plastic pollution remains a critical environmental challenge, and current mechanical and chemical recycling methods are insufficient to achieve a fully circular economy. This review highlights recent breakthroughs in the enzymatic depolymerization of both oil‐derived polyesters and bioplastics, including high‐throughput protein engineering, de novo ...

Fixed point theorems for simulation functions in $\mbox{b}$-metric spaces via the $wt$-distance
The purpose of this article is to prove some fixed point theorems for simulation functions in complete b-metric spaces with partially ordered by using wt-distance which introduced by Hussain et al.

Homologous expression and purification of human HAX‐1 for structural studies
This research protocol provides detailed instructions for cloning, expressing, and purifying large quantities of the intrinsically disordered human HAX‐1 protein, N‐terminally fused to a cleavable superfolder GFP, from mammalian cells. HAX‐1 is predicted to undergo posttranslational modifications and to interact with membranes, various cellular ...

Best Proximitiy Point Results for Geraghty Type ?-Proximal Contractions with an Application
In this study, we establish the existence and uniqueness theorems of the best proximity points for Geraghty type ?-proximal contractions defined on a complete metric space.
