Transient oligomers formed by intrinsically disordered proteins may be ‘invisible’ to direct detection yet remain accessible to solution NMR through equilibrium‐exchange measurements and pressure‐jump experiments. Complementary methods report on mass, stoichiometry, selected distance distributions, morphology, and internal packing.

Spectral Dynamic Analysis of A Stationary Jack-Up Platform
The paper refers to the dynamic short-term response analysis of the Baltic steel drilling platform (see Fig.2) in a random sea-state represented by one-dimensional wave spectrum proposed by Striekalov and Massel, which is recommended for the Baltic Sea ...

Analiza efekata uvođenja savremenih strategija održavanja / Effects of introducing modern maintenance strategies and their analysis [PDF]
Često se postavlja pitanje opravdanosti investicija za unapređivanje sistema održavanja. Uvođenje strategija održavanja, kao što su RCM, TPM, održavanje prema stanju i sličnih, danas je svetski trend u usavršavanju sistema održavanja.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Unlocking the power of orbital-free density functional theory to explore the electronic structure under extreme conditions [PDF]
Recent advances in X-ray free-electron laser diagnostics have enabled direct probing of electronic properties under extreme pressures and temperatures, such as those encountered in stellar interiors and inertial confinement fusion experiments ...

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in
