Simulator Sickness Provoked by a Human Centrifuge
Military Medicine, 1991Simulator sickness is now a well-recognized entity. It is recognized as a form of motion sickness, having a higher incidence in the more sophisticated simulators. Human centrifuges (dynamic simulators) are the newest innovation in aircrew training devices. Simulator sickness has never been reported in human centrifuges.

Guidelines for virtual simulator sickness experimentation
The 4th 2011 Biomedical Engineering International Conference, 2012Recently, 3D is being popular. 3D environment causes virtual (or simulator) sickness. Therefore, many researches have been done in this field, but the method is not standardized. The standardization is strongly required in this research filed. In this paper, the standardization of the method of experiment for virtual sickness research is attempted. The

Simulator Sickness in the MH-47G Simulator
2010Abstract : The objective of this study was to quantify the symptoms of simulator sickness induced by the MH-47G simulator, and to provide recommendations to alleviate simulator sickness if the MH-47G was found to generate unacceptable levels of simulator sickness.

Simulator Sickness Depends on Frequency of the Simulator Motion Mismatch: An Observation
Presence: Teleoperators and Virtual Environments, 2008In this study we describe a new approach to relate simulator sickness ratings with the main frequency component of the simulator motion mismatch, that is, the computed difference between the time histories of simulator motion and vehicle motion, respectively.

Simulation studies of African horse sickness in Spain
1998Factors affecting epidemics of African horse sickness in Spain were studied using a mathematical model. The model examined the likelihood of an epidemic after the introduction of the virus, and the effectiveness of vaccination strategies. Two host species (horses and donkeys) and one vector species (the biting midge Culicoides imicola) were included. A

Correlates of military tank simulator sickness.
Aviation, space, and environmental medicine, 1993A military tank driving simulator is currently widely used as a training aid for tank drivers. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between possible correlates of simulator sickness and the occurrence of sickness and performance test results among simulator drivers.
