ABSTRACT Pediatric gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP‐NENs) are extremely rare and clinically heterogeneous. Management has largely been extrapolated from adult practice. This European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline (ESCP), developed by the EXPeRT network in collaboration with adult NEN experts, provides (adult) evidence ...

On some constants in simultaneous approximation
Pointwise estimates for the error which is feasible in simultaneous approximation of a function and its derivatives by an algebraic polynomial were originally pursued from theoretical motivations, which did not immediately require the estimation of the ...

Best simultaneous Lp approximations [PDF]
The paper deals with simultaneously approximation of \(n\) real-valued functions in \(L_p\). Some previous results concerning the problem in \(L_1\) and \(L_2\) norms and/or in \(L_p\) for a pair of functions \((n=2)\) are generalized.

ABSTRACT Purpose Chemoimmunotherapy with irinotecan, temozolomide, and dinutuximab (I/T/DIN) has emerged as first‐line therapy for relapsed/refractory (r/r) high‐risk neuroblastoma (HRNB) in North America. Topotecan and cyclophosphamide (T/C) are often used in combination with dinutuximab in the setting of lack of response, progression, or incomplete ...

Invariant Points and 𝜀-Simultaneous Approximation
We generalize and extend Brosowski-Meinardus type results on invariant points from the set of best approximation to the set of 𝜀-simultaneous approximation. As a consequence some results on 𝜀-approximation and best approximation are also deduced.

Simultaneous sparse approximation via greedy pursuit [PDF]
A simple sparse approximation problem requests an approximation of a given input signal as a linear combination of T elementary signals drawn from a large, linearly dependent collection.

ABSTRACT Background Parents of children treated for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) often experience significant caregiver burden and disruption to their well‐being. While parent quality of life (QoL) during treatment is well characterized, little is known about outcomes during early survivorship.

Approximation by Symmetrized and Perturbed Hyperbolic Tangent Activated Convolution-Type Operators
In this article, for the first time, the univariate symmetrized and perturbed hyperbolic tangent activated convolution-type operators of three kinds are introduced.

ABSTRACT Background/Objectives Outcomes for pediatric relapsed/refractory (R/R) acute myeloid leukemia (AML) remain dismal. CPX‐351, a liposomal formulation of cytarabine and daunorubicin, may have less off‐target toxicities than traditional chemotherapies and has shown improved outcomes for adults with newly diagnosed therapy‐related AML.

ABSTRACT Secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) is a common complication in patients receiving maintenance dialysis, driven by calcium and phosphate metabolism disturbances. Calcimimetics are central to the management of SHPT by enhancing calcium‐sensing receptor sensitivity and reducing parathyroid hormone secretion.
