Targeting m6A Reader YTHDF1 Enhances Antitumor Immunity and Potentiates Anti‐PD‐L1 Efficacy in Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 32, 9 June 2026.
The m6A reader YTHDF1 drives intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) progression by remodeling the tumor immune microenvironment. YTHDF1 promotes MDSC recruitment via activation of m6A‐FOSL2‐CXCL6/CXCR2 axis, thereby suppressing CD8+ T cell infiltration and function.

k‐Selective Electrical‐to‐Magnon Transduction with Finite‐Element‐Resolved Sub‐Micron Nanoantennas

open access: yesAdvanced Physics Research, Volume 5, Issue 6, June 2026.
We introduce a coupled finite‐element‐finite‐difference framework that links impedance‐matched nanoantenna geometries to propagating spin‐wave dynamics, capturing skin effects, proximity effects, and taper leakage beyond uniform‐current models. Applied to coplanar‐waveguide and stripline nanoantennas on yttrium‐iron‐garnet, the simulations achieve ...

Operando 7Li NMR Reveals Lithium Plating and Recovery in Commercial Grade NMC811||Graphite Cells

open access: yesBatteries &Supercaps, Volume 9, Issue 6, June 2026.
Operando 7Li NMR is used to monitor lithium plating and graphite intercalation in fast‐charged NMC811||graphite cells at low temperature. The method resolves the evolution of lithium environments during charging and rest, enabling identification of processes associated with lithium deposition and reintercalation.

DRAM1‐defined autophagy‐JAK‐STAT‐Tregs axis drives immunosuppression and predicts immunotherapy response in pan‐cancer

open access: yesClinical and Translational Discovery, Volume 6, Issue 3, June 2026.
Tumour‐intrinsic DRAM1, induced by DNA damage and IFN‐γ, activates an autophagy/JAK‐STAT axis that recruits Tregs, causing CD8+ T cell exhaustion and establishing a self‐sustaining, immunotherapy‐resistant “cold” tumour microenvironment. Abstract Background DNA damage‐regulated autophagy modulator 1 (DRAM1) is a lysosomal protein involved in autophagy ...

Single‐cell profiling reveals peripheral blood immune landscape remodelling in breast cancer lymph node metastasis

open access: yesClinical and Translational Medicine, Volume 16, Issue 6, June 2026.
scRNA‐seq reveals pro‐metastatic neutrophil and exhausted T/NK subsets in BC patients with LN metastasis. Interferon‐stimulated neutrophils secrete LGALS9, drives T/NK cell exhaustion via HAVCR2. Neutralising LGALS9 restores T‐cell anti‐tumour activity, suggesting a novel therapeutic target.

Calibration‐Free GRAPE pTx Pulses for Homogeneous Spatial‐Selective Excitation at 7T

open access: yesMagnetic Resonance in Medicine, Volume 95, Issue 6, Page 3104-3115, June 2026.
ABSTRACT Purpose Extend the universal pulse GRAPE formalism to pulses with a defined spectral response, and apply the concept to spatial selection. Methods We added Bloch simulations at several frequencies for each voxel to the pulse calculation to create universal spectrally‐selective GRAPE pulses.

Scattering from the pec flat strip by using the method of moments with sinc type basis functions

open access: yes, 2006
Using sinc methods is a very powerful technique in physics and mathematics. They give good accuracies and they're easily implemented. Method of Moments (MoM) is used to transform linear operator equations to linear algebraic equations such as matrix ...

Timing Is Everything: How Subtle Timing Changes in MRI Echo Planar Imaging Can Significantly Alter Mechanical Vibrations and Sound Level

open access: yesMagnetic Resonance in Medicine, Volume 95, Issue 6, Page 3116-3130, June 2026.
ABSTRACT Purpose Echo‐Planar Imaging (EPI) is central to fMRI, diffusion MRI, and many dynamic clinical applications, yet rapid gradient switching induces strong mechanical vibrations, generates acoustic noise, and contributes to ghosting artifacts—effects that intensify at ultra‐high fields.

Echo‐Planar‐Based Time‐of‐Flight Imaging Using a Modified Interleaved Flyback Trajectory

open access: yesMagnetic Resonance in Medicine, Volume 95, Issue 6, Page 3131-3144, June 2026.
ABSTRACT Purpose A modified interleaved flyback (miFB) approach is introduced, designed to mitigate flow artifacts caused by alternating readout polarities in Echo Planar Imaging (EPI), while preserving acquisition efficiency. Methods We propose reconstructing odd and even echoes of 3D‐EPI separately.
