Single-Phase Fault Line Selection in Distribution Network Based on Signal Injection Method
The distribution network with small current grounding mode can ensure high power supply reliability, but it is difficult to locate single-phase grounding fault line. Most of the faults in distribution network are single-phase to ground fault.

The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

In ultra-high voltage (UHV) AC transmission systems, single-phase to ground faults account for more than 80 % of all faults. If reclosing is performed blindly under permanent fault conditions after a single-phase to ground fault, the system may suffer ...

The use of phase voltage modules to select the damaged phase in case of single-phase earth faults
In case of short circuits, the selection of damaged phases always precedes the determination of the damage location. To select the damaged phase, filter selector of the damaged phase are widely used, using symmetrical components of phase currents.

Research of Single-phase Grounding Fault Simulation for Small Current Grounding System
Our country generally uses small current grounding system (the neutral point no direct grounding system). Due to the fault current is too small to identify. So the distribution network operators have been plagued by this kind of fault line selection accuracy. This research establishes simulink model to analyze the fault of single-phase grounding system

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

From mice to humans—divergent strategies for intestinal homeostasis and regeneration
Recent advances such as organoid genome editing, xenotransplantation, imaging, and whole‐genome sequencing have enabled direct studies of human intestinal stem cells (ISCs). These studies reveal species‐specific features, including slower ISC proliferation, distinct injury responses, slower somatic mutation accumulation in humans, and an inverse ...
