Research on selective leakage protection of 10 kV system based on transient characteristic parameters in coal mine

open access: yesMeikuang Anquan, 2022
When a single-phase grounding fault occurs in the coal mine 10 kV power supply system, due to the low sampling frequency of the system, the traditional transient line selection method is easy to lose the “line selection information”, and is greatly ...

From mice to humans—divergent strategies for intestinal homeostasis and regeneration

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Recent advances such as organoid genome editing, xenotransplantation, imaging, and whole‐genome sequencing have enabled direct studies of human intestinal stem cells (ISCs). These studies reveal species‐specific features, including slower ISC proliferation, distinct injury responses, slower somatic mutation accumulation in humans, and an inverse ...

Using the Clarke transform for protection against single-phase-to-ground faults

open access: yesИзвестия высших учебных заведений: Проблемы энергетики
RELEVANCE. Single-phase-to-ground faults remain one of the most common types of damage in distribution networks with isolated neutral. Arc-ing, intermittent single-phase-to-ground faults pose a serious threat to the power system's electrical equipment ...

Traveling-Wave Based Fault Location for Phase-to-Ground Fault in Non-Effectively Earthed Distribution Networks

open access: yesEnergies, 2020
This paper presents a multi-terminal traveling-wave-based fault location method for phase-to-ground fault in non-effectively earthed distribution systems.

Modelling stem cell differentiation related processes—A practical overview for biologists

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Stem cell differentiation is complex and difficult to control experimentally. This review introduces suitable computational modelling approaches that can support stem cell research, from mechanistic ODE and abstract models to multiscale and deep learning methods.

Combined line selection of single-phase grounding faults considering harmonic injection of distributed powers

open access: yes电力工程技术, 2023
With the improvement of the requirements for the safe operation of distribution network lines, the harmonics injected by distributed power generation make the existing line selection methods ineffective, and the fault line selection method with a single ...

An epithelial GPR35 isoform supports tumor‐associated transcriptional and metabolic phenotypes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
GPR35 generates two functionally distinct isoforms with previously unresolved roles. GPR35‐short mediates immune‐cell chemotaxis, while GPR35‐long is enriched in colorectal cancer epithelium, where it supports increased metabolism, proliferation, and tumor‐associated transcriptional programs.

Fault Distance Measurement in Distribution Networks Based on Markov Transition Field and Darknet-19

open access: yesMathematics
The modern distribution network system is gradually becoming more complex and diverse, and traditional fault location methods have difficulty in quickly and accurately locating the fault location after a single-phase ground fault occurs.

A Fault Localization Method for Single-Phase to Ground Faults in LV Smart Distribution Grids [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
A fault localization method for single-phase to ground short-circuit (SC) faults in low voltage (LV) smart distribution grids is presented in this paper. Both the use of rms voltage phase measurements and an analysis of symmetrical components of the voltage were investigated and compared in this study.

IMPDH inhibition enhances cytarabine efficacy in SAMHD1‐expressing leukaemia cells via guanine nucleotide depletion

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.
