Additive Manufacturing of Alumina‐Reinforced Elastomers
Vat‐photopolymerized elastomers reinforced with platelet‐shaped alumina exhibited preferential orientation, reduced porosity, and significantly enhanced mechanical performance. A 3 wt% platelet loading increased tensile strength from 12.4 to 45.7 MPa, highlighting the critical role of filler morphology in elastomeric VPP composites.

Crystal structure of polymeric triphenyltin triflate
The crystal structure of the previously known title compound, Ph3SnO3SCF3, was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction; it comprises a one-dimensional polymeric structure and pentacoordinated Sn atoms.

Simultaneous X-ray diffraction from multiple single crystals of macromolecules
The potential in macromolecular crystallography for using multiple crystals to collect X-ray diffraction data simultaneously from assemblies of up to seven crystals is explored. The basic features of the algorithms used to extract data and their practical implementation are described.

Digitalizing electroplating requires both domain knowledge and interoperability. This work introduces PlatOn, a domain ontology for trivalent chromium plating and coating characterization, and a hybrid pipeline that aligns it to a mid‐level reference ontology by combining eight similarity metrics with language model reasoning. Expert‐validated mappings

Refinement of the crystal structure of UOs2 from single-crystal X-ray diffraction data
Single crystals of uranium diosmium, UOs2, were obtained during an investigation of the uranium-osmium binary system by an interaction of uranium metal with osmium metal in an arc furnace and subsequent annealing.

Different Al/Al bimetals with a single engineered interface reveal how mechanical mismatch governs fatigue crack growth under cyclic loading. Additionally, loading–unloading–reloading tests link the microyielding behavior to the fatigue crack growth resistance, while crack‐path analysis reveals toughening mechanisms at the interface, highlighting ...
