CHARACTERISTICS OF COTTON FABRICS PRODUCED FROM SIROSPUN AND PLIED YARNS [PDF]

open access: yesEgyptian Journal of Agricultural Research, 2011
The use of sirospun yarns eliminates two processing stages in comparison with the two-fold yarns production process and consequently, reduces the cost of production. It is claimed that, it brings many advantages for yarn and fabric quality. However, the benefit of this new concept is still to be investigated extensively.

Sirospun ipliklerin özelliklerinin incelenmesi

open access: yes, 2021
In ring spinning technology, twisting and winding processes are performed by the same element and this causes some technological limitations. Besides, doubling and twisting processes used in conventional ply-yarn spinning technology are generally applied by low-productive machines. All these limitations triggered new investigations and new developments

AN INVESTIGATION ON PROPERTIES OF SIRO-SPUN YARNS [PDF]

open access: yesAnnals of the University of Oradea: Fascicle of Textiles, Leatherwork, 2017
Conventional ring spinning is known as traditional spinning system and it is most widely used system in textile industry. Despite being the most prevalent system and supplying approximately 60% of short-staple yarn production, there are still some ...

Study on Sirospunning System to Reduce the Hairiness of Yarn

open access: yesModern Applied Science, 2008
The twisting process of Sirospunning and Ringspunning was compared and analyzed as to the phenomenon that Sirospunning decreases yarn hairiness. It can be obtained from the analysis of geometrical model that more hairiness is twisted into the yarns and the amount of apparent hairiness is reduced through its special twisting.

Sirospun yöntemi ile kısa stapelli liflerin eğrilmesi

open access: yes, 2019

open access: yes, 2010
Sirospun spinning system, which holds two-folded yarn at one process, was promoted by some changes on ring spinning machines. From past to present various researches on Sirospun yarn production are existed and various parameters which affected yarn properties were analyzed. On this study, yarn properties of Sirospun blended yarns were investigated. The

Kısa lif iplikçiliğinde sirospun yönteminin uygulanması üzerine bir araştırma

open access: yes, 2016
Sirospun process was firstly developed for long staple yarnspinning. However, spinning short staple fibres by this system is growingup day by day. Sirospun system enables directly weavable spin-twistedyarn production on the ring spinning machine by a little modification onthe machine.
