2D Magnetic and Topological Quantum Materials and Devices for Ultralow Power Spintronics
2D magnets and topological quantum materials enable ultralow‐power spintronics by combining robust magnetic order with symmetry‐protected, Berry‐curvature‐driven transport. Fundamentals of 2D anisotropy and spin‐orbit‐coupling induced band inversion are linked to scalable growth and vdW stacking.

Classical skyrmions in SU(N)/SO(N) cosets [PDF]
We construct the skyrmion solutions appearing in the coset spaces SU(N)/SO(N) for N > 2 and compute their classical mass. For N = 3, the third homotopy group pi_3(SU(3)/SO(3)) = Z_4 implies the existence of two distinct solutions: the skyrmion of winding

We develop a (formal) quantization of the solitons of chiral SU(N) non-linear sigma models (skyrmions) in terms of euclidean-region functional integrals. Our method permits us to determine baryon number, spin and statistics of skyrmions directly from their euclidean correlation functions.

Omnipolar Magnetic Field Detection by Superlattice‐Based Hall Sensor
Magnetic‐field‐induced electronic switching is demonstrated in unit‐cell‐engineered La0.7Sr0.3MnO3–BiFeO3 superlattices. Distinct substrate terminations modify magnetic and transport properties. Hall resistance measurements show omnipolar, hysteretic anomalous Hall switching above the Curie temperature, arising from Fe─Mn interfacial exchange, enabling

Interaction and collision of skyrmions in chiral antiferromagnets
Skyrmions in an antiferromagnet can travel as solitary waves in stark contrast to the situation in ferromagnets. Traveling skyrmion solutions have been found numerically in chiral antiferromagnets. We study head-on collision events between two skyrmions.

Non-zero topological charge prevents the straight motion of ferromagnetic skyrmions and hinders their applications. Here, the authors report the stabilization and current-driven dynamics of skyrmions in GdFeCo films in which the ferrimagnetic skyrmions ...

Electrical Detection of Magnetic Skyrmions in a Magnetic Tunnel Junction
Magnetic skyrmions are promising information carriers for dense and energy‐efficient information storage owing to their small size, low driving‐current density, and topological stability.

Statistics of skyrmions in Quantum Hall systems
We analyze statistical interactions of skyrmions in the quantum Hall system near a critical filling fraction in the framework of the Ginzburg-Landau model. The phase picked up by the wave-function during an exchange of two skyrmions close to $\nu=1/(2n+1)

Skyrmions in Higher Landau Levels [PDF]
We calculate the energies of quasiparticles with large numbers of reversed spins (``skyrmions'') for odd integer filling factors 2k+1, k is greater than or equals 1.
