X-ray phase-contrast CT of a pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma mouse model. [PDF]
To explore the potential of grating-based x-ray phase-contrast computed tomography (CT) for preclinical research, a genetically engineered mouse model of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) was investigated.

The Cholewinski‐Fock space in the slice hyperholomorphic setting [PDF]
Inspired from the Cholewinski approach, we investigate a family of Fock spaces in the quaternionic slice hyperholomorphic setting as well as some associated quaternionic linear operators. In a particular case, we reobtain the slice hyperholomorphic Fock space on quaternions.

Investigations on Factors Affecting 3D-Printed Holes Dimensional Accuracy and Repeatability
This paper investigates the impact of several factors related to manufacturing, design, and post-processing on the dimensional accuracy of holes built in the additively manufactured parts obtained by material extrusion process (MEX).

Growth Responses and Adventitious Root Formation of Cucumber Hybrid Lines in a Waterlogged Condition
Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) F1 hybrids are grown commercially in open-field or greenhouse conditions. Hybrids are well adapted to these settings due to directed breeding.

Two-dimensional slices of non-pseudoconvex open sets [PDF]
Let $D$ be a non-pseudoconvex open set in $\C^3$ and $S$ be the union of all two-dimensional planes with non-empty and non-pseudoconvex intersection with $D.$ Sufficient conditions are given for $\C^3\setminus S$ to belong to a complex line. Moreover, in the $\mathcal C^2$-smooth case, it is shown that $S=\C^n$.

Set Representation Learning with Generalized Sliced-Wasserstein Embeddings
An increasing number of machine learning tasks deal with learning representations from set-structured data. Solutions to these problems involve the composition of permutation-equivariant modules (e.g., self-attention, or individual processing via feed-forward neural networks) and permutation-invariant modules (e.g., global average pooling, or pooling ...

Schur Functions and Their Realizations in the Slice Hyperholomorphic Setting [PDF]
we start the study of Schur analysis in the quaternionic setting using the theory of slice hyperholomorphic functions. The novelty of our approach is that slice hyperholomorphic functions allows to write realizations in terms of a suitable resolvent, the so called S-resolvent operator and to extend several results that hold in the complex case to the ...
