Stochastic Damage Constitutive Relationship of Steel-Reinforced Concrete Bond-Slip
The bond-slip damage of the interface between profile steel and concrete is the key point of steel-reinforced concrete structure. This paper is based on the statistical analysis of a large amount of experimental data and the distribution characteristics ...

Active slip control of a vehicle using fuzzy control and active suspension
This paper presents an active slip control system (ASCS) for a four-wheel drive electric vehicle (EV) using an active suspension of the vehicle. The integrated control mechanism is designed using a combination of a fuzzy controller and a nonlinear back ...

An optimization of the local hall-petch relationship using slip trace analysis technique and scale transition rules: application in equiaxed ti-6al-4v titanium alloy [PDF]
The aim of this work is to optimize the relative and the absolute Critical Resolved Shear Stress (CRSS) of slip mechanism in α-phase of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy. The influence of grain size is then modeled through a local Hall-Petch relationship.

The Rules for the Lattice Rotation Accompanying Slip as DerivedFrom a Self‐Consistent Model [PDF]
The rules for the lattice rotation during rolling (plane strain) deformation of fcc polycrystals are studied with a viscoplastic self‐consistent model. Very high values of the ratesensitivity exponent are used in order to establish Sachs‐type conditions with large local deviations from the macroscopic strain.

Study on the fault slip rule and the rockburst mechanism induced by mining the panel through fault
Abstract When mining operations are conducted near faults can cause the fault to slip and release energy, resulting in a rock burst and posing a significant safety risk to coal mine production. This paper proposes a numerical simulation method, based on FLAC3D numerical simulation, for calculating the dynamic forces of fault slippage below the ...
