Printed Slot and Wire Antennas: A Review
Proceedings of the IEEE, 2012The first part of this paper focuses on printed slot antennas. Starting with discussions of a narrow modified slot and a wide slot fed by a microstrip line, we proceed to a topic of generation of a circularly polarized beam. In addition, a rectangular slot antenna fed by a coplanar waveguide is described.

A circularly polarized decagonal slot antenna
2010 International Conference on High Performance Computing & Simulation, 2010A novel circularly polarized microstrip antenna that incorporates a decagonal slot in the ground plane is presented in this paper. The antenna is based on a 0.762-mm-thick Rogers RO3203 substrate with dimensions 5 cm × 8 cm, and employs a Wilkinson power divider as a feeder.

Parasitic Slot Elements for Bandwidth Enhancement of Slotted Waveguide Antennas

Voltage standing-wave ratio (VSWR) of the antenna model is less 1.2 in 60% frequency band relative to the mean frequency. It is able to transmit a high power.
