An optimized octagonal‐core terahertz (THz) photonic crystal fiber sensor is presented for accurate identification of different milk samples based on refractive index variation. The structure enables highly confined THz guidance and strong light–analyte interaction, allowing reliable discrimination of camel, cow, buffalo, and sheep milk.

A novel scheme composed of graphene‐loaded ultrathin silicon slot waveguide is demonstrated realizing high‐performance all‐optical modulation on silicon photonic platform.
